We had to take in the New York experience of dining at Brasserie. Renovated by Diller and Scofidio in 2000, Brasserie was, from the day it opened, a must do architectural moment. Tomorrow we'll post a video of the experience. We wonder though, does Toronto have a restaurant that fuses media and great food in a similar way? Let us know.
